Kepada penduduk taman perumahan Ruby,bermula pada bulan June semua penduduk taman perumahan Ruby boleh membuat bayaran tahunan sehingga bulan oktober 2010.Pembayaran hendaklah dibuat melalui Ketua Block atau terus kepada Bendahari,kerja sama anda amatlah dihargai sekian terima kasih.
